Each plant from Ebbs and Grows is selected and prepared with care—grown slowly, packed thoughtfully, and sent with the hope that it brings joy to its new home. Because we work with living things, and every environment is unique, we do not accept returns on plants.
Refund Policy
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives with a significant issue—such as damage during transit or the wrong item—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the concern. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a partial refund, store credit, or another solution.
Please note that we are not responsible for:
